This place since moved to its new location it's great place has made great improvements ms hope is always smiling n treats you with the most respect I would hate to see ms hope leave this place Courtney as well she's always kind to me as well I have a program five blocks from my house but I choose to take a bus to cherry hill to this location I was going to move to another program but not going nowhere anytime soon thanks meds ark for the great service service times are at a record low as well especially Saturday mornings in n out!

The place deserves alot less of a review, however, due to Ms Hope's contagious laugh and smile, it really makes it hard to leave there in a bad mood..... Thanks, Hope......For helping me start off my day with a smile. Mr. Anthony

I have been here since 2012, I first have to say that if this program had "10 Ms. Hope's" it would run very smoothly, however that is not possible. I would recommend that on day's it gets crowded and there's 2to3 rooms full, that they have someone at the front door directing people where to go, to avoid people who are just coming in and trying to push or talk their way to the front of line. I would like to add that on one occasion I called ahead thinking I may be a few min late due to a train hold up... 7 min from the program and I was told to fly n come quick as I can. I was in the door at 1:05 and got denied! I heard the nurse tell the 2 employees that she still had her machine on as they steady pushed me out the door. Now with the death toll of overdoses and the struggle with the withdrawal, you would think that someone who has been here for almost 6years and has no patterns of being late nor missed a day...I assumed they would have taken care of me cus I have seen on occasion that they would accommodate others that were in similar situations, it more so hurt my feelings due to the trickery of being told to "come on" and then I'm told the person who told you to "come on" already left, when I just got off the phone with her...Now I picked up this very helpful card at the front desk with the hours of this particular treatment center and the time states that the hours are M-F: 5:30a-1:30p/ Sat:7a-12p Now if anything would have happened to me, Medmark would had to of explained to my n.o.k and family their reason for refusing me my medication after being in the building when this card clearly states the clinic closes at 1:30p. **It seemed that it was not an issue for me to get treated however I was told to leave. To Medmark; Make sure you go over your "Business card" Pryor to displaying it!!! ***LEGALLY That could have been Really Bad for the both of us and all over 5mins!!! Other than that, I do find most of the staff are kind and friendly!! Kia is a wonderful person to talk to and really listens and tries to help those who are seeking help.

I've been going to medmark for 2 years now and I have received nothing but good treatment from staff Miss Hope at the front desk is amazing somehow she memorizes every person's number and always has a smile on her face. My counselor Marie has helped me to overcome my addictions and other personal issues. Mr. Wade and all the nurses are always in a good mood and always are asking how everything is going and when things aren't going so well they always have the time to hear my struggles and give great feedback. The Cherry Hill medmark Clinic is a Melting Pot of culture personalities and people from all surrounding areas. Sure it's a little rough around the edges but it puts the real and reality and I think after being disconnected from it for so long it's a necessary experience. I came here lost ,defeated ,overwhelmed ,and looking for a new start. I have Just purchased my first vehicle I also have a great job and I've got my life back thanks to the medmark treatment center in cherry hill!!!!

I've been coming to this program for almost 3 years now, and I would say the best part about the clinic is Ms Hope: she Kind, non judgemental, funny, and always puts a smile on my face, even when I'm feeling down. Ms Hope goes above and beyond her job to make this program a more safe and comfortable place to be, she is a very smart and empowering women, she can remembers everybody's name's and ID numbers, which still to this day amazes me! I don't know what this place would do without her, but I do know Medmark wouldn't be the same, that's for sure! This company is definitely blessed to have someone like her working for them.

I have been coming to medmark (cherry hill) for 2 yrs or about. And no matter my mood before I walk in those doors the minute I see Ms. Hopes smiling face laughing and joking always makes my day. I truly believe that without her here this place would not be the well oiled machine that it is today.

3 stars for tge program 5 stars for Ms.Hope She remembers patients, by face and #. She shoukd get the credit she deserves for being a Secretary,patient escort, the only staff member who is consistent with enforcing the rules put in place to make the program run safe and efficiently. She is the single most positive thing about the program. She will make sure u get the help u want and need,and she does it all with a smile. We love you Ms.Hope!!!

( RE: Ms. HOPE) I have read a lot of reviews about Medmark -Cherry Hill Treatment Center. People are quick to detail their every complaint, everything that isn't the way they think it should be. While I agree some things could run more efficiently, it is not one, two or even the entire staff's fault. As patients we should remember they part we play in how our program runs. Most importantly I think anyone who has been to the program or knows someone who has, KNOWS for a fact that it for sure would not run (actually doesn't run) the same with out Ms. Hope. She is a huge asset to Medmark, and to us as patients. She is helpful, kind, and non judgemental. She definitely is the reason I have stayed through out the last 5 years.

They help the ppl who want help..have friends who are doing great and Mr.Marshall is a great counselor.

Best thing to do is drive there,or get a ride.Dont use public transportation to get to clinic..Get your Methadone,and get the he'll outta cherryhill."No Stops"

This is a good treatment center it has helped me become the better person I am today the staff is wonderful and Mr. Wade has really made this a better place to receive help at in all ways. The only reason I marked it 3 stars is because the people that hang on the corners and the pill selling.
